Refund Policy

At Ris Rumble (aka Rumble Music), we want you to love your experience and your purchases. Because we offer a mix of digital downloads, physical merchandise, and educational services, our policies vary slightly by category:

1. Digital Downloads & Courses (MP3s, WAVs, PDFs, and Online Content)

Due to the digital and instant-access nature of our products, all sales of digital downloads, sheet music, audio tracks, and digital courses are final, and no refunds will be issued once the download link has been accessed or the course content has been unlocked.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you experience technical issues downloading a file or accessing your account, please contact us using the contact form on this site, and we will make sure you get what you purchased.

2. Physical Merchandise (CDs & Apparel)

For physical products, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Items must be in their original, unopened packaging (for CDs) or unworn, unwashed condition (for apparel).

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

3. Damaged Items & Shipping Errors

• If an item arrives damaged, please contact us via the contact form on this site. We will request clear photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement.

• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot offer refunds or free replacements for items sent to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to us due to a customer address error, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

4. Private Music Lessons & Bundles

Policies regarding private music lesson scheduling, rescheduling, and lesson bundles are managed directly through our booking partner, My Music Staff. Please refer to your student portal agreement or contact us directly for specific studio lesson policies.
